Tonight, I finally found a link to a good photo of what the bathroom vanity and mirrors look like.....but you have to still visit the links from my post earlier today to see the wood and stain (Cherry wood with Truffle stain) as this photo linked here is lighter stain on Maple wood. Also, we will not have the same knobs on the drawers and doors nor will we order the cabinet that hangs over the toliet in this photo below.
We are also exploring options from Roppe Corp. for flooring in the Health and Fitness Room. We are having some choices priced out as soon as I get all the info to our GC, Mark Sr. tomorrow AM. We are interested in the Fiesta line of flooring with a Raised Square pattern. For Wall Base/Trim in that room, I am interested in the Pinnacle Plus trim #80 in Chestnut. At each of these links you have to click on the "Color Palette" link (if the pattern/color options aren't listed there) on the left of the screen to get a new window to pop up with all the color options.
FYI: Roppe was also a suggestion given to us by our Gen Cont. as we were unsure what to do with flooring in a fitness/therapy space in a residential setting. We know we need to be cost effective but we also need something safe, durable for equipment as well as heavy oxygen tanks, high traffic, etc. So far, without seeing any $ figures, this product seems like it should work for us. Let's hope the price works too!
We moved some of Oliver's medical stuff out of the way in the Living Room tonight to make room for Mark Builders' crew to remove the existing large front window and replace it with a new large bay window in the morning. Then Wednesday AM, they will also replace the smaller double hung window in the Dining Room with a bay window as well. For that, Steve and I will have to move my desk and computer area out of the way for a day! YIKES!
Below, please find a HUGE first for Oliver, as he "draws" with a pencil for the first time....Yes, that is our Living Room wall he is "drawing" on, and Yes, Ilse is smiling and watching him do it! We were all so flippin' happy to see him draw for the first time, we didn't even care about the wall! Now, Oliver is a maniac with pencils and crayons!
Here finally, is a photo of little Oliver from today where you can better see that he got his hair cut. He is playing with his bead maze toy while watching a movie from his therapy chair.
